About the Temple of Flux
The Temple of Flux for Burning Man 2010 is a collaboration between Rebecca Anders, Jess Hobbs, and Peter Kimelman. Inspired by natural landforms such as slot canyons these designers have approached the creation of The Temple not as a building but as forms creating place.
The Temple team is a growing collection of individuals from a wide range of Burning Man communities including: the Flaming Lotus Girls, SpaceCowboys, House of Lotus, DeepEnd/Distrikt, Brass Tax, DPW, DSC, Neuroweapon, and Temple Crew members from years past. Through the Temple, we’re building new and thriving working relationships and friendships, growing in ways that we never could have imagined.
The Temple is making possible an opportunity to build community in Black Rock City and beyond, gathering the skills, knowledge and resources of many long-time Burning Man crews. We welcome you to join us in this adventure! To get involved, click here!
