  • For Your Eyes Only, Ruby Skye
  • Prepare for the Playa, Café Cocomo (www.prepareforplaya.com)
  • Beach Chic Bikini Fashion Show, supperclub
  • Funk n Trunk @ Levende Lounge, Triple Crown, Temple SF
  • The Show (www.sensesf.com/show)
  • Beyond the Fence

EXAMPLES OF WORK AND PROJECTS:

In 2006 – 2007 as the Marketing & Events Manager at supperclub San Francisco, Nicole managed over 40 corporate events – a small sampling below:

* Gary Danko’s 50th Birthday Party – This remarkable event’s guest list featured the who’s who of the San Francisco restaurant industry and was featured in several San Francisco publications. Live entertainment was provided every hour on the hour for the 200 plus seated dinner.

* 365 Main Client – This event featured special guest Treasure Island Festival DJ/VJ Mike Relm, who delivered an incredible performance on a specially mounted audio-video stage.

* Namco Bandi Video Game Press Event for the Gaming Developer’s Conference -This event posed huge logistical challenges as video game consoles had to be installed throughout the venue so that the press could demo new games.

* Universal Studios – This very special event was given a casino night theme. Casino equipment was brought in to recreate the look and feel of a Vegas casino. The headliner Vanessa Carlton performed on a baby grand piano in the center of it all.

* BMW – For the automotive giant’s afterparty for the SFMOMA release of Olaf Eliasson’s new sculpture. The venue was transformed into a larger-than-life living room scene with huge fish tank and requisite real-live mermaid.

Since NicolePresents business inception in 2008, some notable projects include:

* Beach Chic at supperclub, behind the scenes fashion shows booked out supperclub’s dinner business to capacity. For this event we brought in a full team of models, hairstylists, makeup artists, stylists and coaches. This translated to business for the featured designer and for the restaurant.

* Prepare for the Playa was produced over the summer of 2008 at Café Cocomo. Each of the three part series featured a trunk show with over 40 independent designers, several fashion shows throughout the day, educational seminars and artist performances, centered around preparation for Burning Man. These events were massive; each had 700-1000 people in attendance and generated approximately $30,000 in revenue for the designers. The events were picked up by the San Francisco Chronicle, Wired Magazine, Current TV and several other smaller publications. Secondarily these events helped raise funds and generate press for our artist benefactor.

* Beyond the Fence, a fashion event geared toward the Burning Man Festival was produced over the summer of 2009 at Mighty. A highly successful event with over 1,000 people in attendance and generating approximately $30K + in revenue for the designers. Fire performances, hoop artists and other engaging ideas were prominent throughout the day.

* Leela Travel, Yoga eco travel retreat company launch. Using our extensive knowledge of marketing & promotions we developed a comprehensive business strategy and provided a full list of services that have proven to be very successful in its launch.

“Thanks Nicole!!! Yay! I know, FB has become our #1 source of traffic. And last I looked our visitors are spread out over 60 countries – crazy!” ~ Whitney Littlewood, Founder, Leela Travel

List of services we provided: Social media strategies, email blasts, street promotions, public relations, event planning & management consulting

* Yoga Works, launch of their flagship yoga studio in Walnut Creek.

“Nicole was our event planner for the Walnut Creek YOGAWORKS Grand Opening Preview Party.  This was the unveiling of our incredible new 13 thousand sq. ft. studio on Locust street in Walnut Creek, and Nicole, with her wonderfully talented and committed team, made it a night to remember! Her staging was breathtaking. Nicole has an intuitive sense of what will bring a unique and signature feel to an event.  The food was delicious and spectacularly presented.  Nicole was also very nimble and responded to any and all unforeseen circumstances with a calm professionalism that made everyone relaxed and confident.  I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who wants to create a successful and memorable event.”
